01Features
What makes the difference.
A gearless machine-room elevator for buildings up to 45 storeys: the smoothness of faster models, simpler maintenance and Class A certified energy efficiency.
Gearless synchronous motor
Up to 25% energy savings versus a geared, induction-motor machine. No gear oil, so no oil changes.
Class A & regenerative inverter (option)
Certified Class A by TÜV SÜD under the VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure) energy-efficiency standard. With the optional regenerative inverter, generated energy is reused and consumption drops by up to 60%.
Enhanced safety
A synchronous-motor door operator for smoother movement and fewer faults, plus a double brake that keeps the elevator running if one brake fails — compliant with European standard EN 81.

08Planning
Preparing the installation.
The points to settle with the architect and the engineers before pricing.
- 01
Hoistway and pit
Hoistway size, pit depth and headroom depend on the chosen model, load and speed. We set them together at the outline design stage.
- 02
Machine room or not
With a machine room (MR) or without (MRL): the choice frees a rooftop room or not. It is made with the architect, at the site-plan stage.
- 03
Traffic and waiting time
The number of cars, their capacity and speed follow from the occupants and uses of each floor. A traffic study confirms it.
