Site visit and measurements

We: We visit the site and survey the hoistway, pit, headroom and access.
You: The drawings, even preliminary ones, and the intended use of each level.
You receive: The survey and our first remarks.

Before the visit, gather the essentials.

01Which elevator suits a residential building?

Up to 25 storeys, N:EX (belt drive, with or without machine room) or YZER (machine-room-less) are usually the right fit; LUXEN if a machine room is planned. The final choice depends on traffic, the available hoistway and a site visit.

02What is the difference between MR and MRL?

MR (machine room): the machinery sits in a dedicated room, usually above the hoistway. MRL (machine-room-less): it is built into the hoistway, which frees up floor area and simplifies construction.

03How do I get a quote?
