01Which elevator suits a residential building?
Up to 25 storeys, N:EX (belt drive, with or without machine room) or YZER (machine-room-less) are usually the right fit; LUXEN if a machine room is planned. The final choice depends on traffic, the available hoistway and a site visit.
02What is the difference between MR and MRL?
MR (machine room): the machinery sits in a dedicated room, usually above the hoistway. MRL (machine-room-less): it is built into the hoistway, which frees up floor area and simplifies construction.
03How do I get a quote?

04Can an old elevator be modernised?
Yes. After an on-site survey, modernisation improves safety, energy use, comfort and the car’s design.
